We stayed at the Kanata Inn in Fort Saskatchewan this past summer and had such a great experience. My husband and I were really impressed with how friendly and attentive the staff were from start to finish. The service was excellent and made our stay very comfortable and relaxing. I even accidentally left something behind in our room, and the staff went out of their way to look for it, follow up with me, and keep me updated. Their kindness and care truly stood out and meant a lot to us. We felt genuinely looked after and welcomed. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this hotel.
Great location on corner of hwy 15 and 21. With good selection of shopping needs right there. Everything was very clean and our room was perfectly suited for our needs. It was the "pet"room so it was nice to see that it was clean and had direct access outside to a large field with rabbits!! Out dog had a great time!
Came here for a night away from home. I had an amazing time! Got a pet friendly room with a jacuzzi. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was soo comfortable. The front desk lady Amanda is such a sweetheart! Everyone there is so nice. I will 100% be back.
Great stay, thank you! We booked here for a hockey tournament. No pool, but the rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was great and the staff was super friendly and welcoming.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly we love the assortment of breakfast food. The front desk staff were all happy helping guest. Management staff were on top of maintenance and repair making sure that everything is well maintained and working properly. Accessible to park , restaurants and grocery stores/shopping places. Definitely a great place to recommend to my relatives and friends.
Stayed here for the weekend and had a wonderful time! You're surrounded by multiple grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, we had everything we needed within Arms Reach. 24/7 staff who were always friendly. The beds were so soft & comfy. Everything was clean & quiet (for the most part). Breakfast was decent, had everything you would expect. The only complaint we had were the thin floors. We heard every step of our upstairs neighbor who I'm pretty sure was wearing lead shoes. Otherwise, Kanata is a name we'll remember for the future as this was our first stay at one, but it won't be our last.
The hotel was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the staff was very courteous ,helpful and friendly The price to stay was another big reason I chose this hotel as well. They also gave a discount for our stay because we were here for a funeral . I had a good sleep because it was comfortable and quiet. My friends in another room had a small issue with their tv cable box so they were upgraded to an executive room with a separate living room, fire place , 2 TVs and a king size bed . I will definitely be choosing this place the next time I’m in town
